When are those 15 “Coming Soon!” levels actually coming?

My favorite section of all is ‘Short Fuse’. Lots of fun and it makes me laugh out loud! But … there are an additional 15 levels that have said “Coming Soon!” since I first got this over a year ago.

When are those levels actually coming???
