Vastly improved since the first release of the last version in terms of gameplay, but for some reason the Birdday updates are still not working on OSX 10.7.2. Everything else is intact, but last time I had the new levels was version 2.0.1 under snow leopard. IDEA: it would be cool if we could sync our mobile highscores with this version. not completion or stars or things like that, but just the highscores.

I love to play angry birds on my iPod touch so i got it on my laptop as well. Add the mighty eagle and fix the big red bird picture on "The Big Setup" its coloured like the normal red bird, other than that this is a great game!

I keep getting a message that the application unexpectedly closed and when I try to re-open it, the app keeps crashing!!!! Not working anymore…..

For those experiencing the frustrating crash every time you launch Angry Birds and OS X says something about restoring windows…. I solved the problem by going to my Library/Saved Application States folder and deleting the com.rovio.AngryBirds.savedstate folder. I hope this helps others…because Rovio sure hasnt bothered to!

Angry Birds is always reliable, but sometimes there are glitches and also it doesnt open at all!!! Please fix!!!!

This version need to be fix. 9 times on 10 it doesnt open !!!!! Stay with your older version until it will be fix!!!!!!

Unplayable because it crashes at launch. Contacted their "support" but havent heard back from them since I sent the crash file. Obviously selling the game is more important than ensuring it actually works. Avoid, unless your goal in life is to subsidize deadbeat game developers who cant be bothered to support their products.

The most basic version of Angry birds game. None of the options available on other versions of this game and almost no updates.Nothing but a money grab!!!!!

Birds are firing at random. Controls are opening / closing without clicking on them. Unable to control on trackpad.

I bought this app few weeks ago and it still doesnt work. I contacted support ar Rovios. After several days, they anwered me to try to reinstall the app. Wich I did. Still didnt work. It keeps on crashing at launch. Contact again the support. Again after several days, they sent me a couple of tricks to try. Still doesnt work. Contact again support. This time NO ANSWER! Looks like theyre tired of trying helping me. I have a good machine with the required configuration. The guys a Rivios are much more interrested in getting your money than helping custommers who encounter problems. So if youre lucky, if the apps usually work the first time, if you have 5$ to lose and if you dont care about custommer support, go ahead! Get Angry birds!

I have always loved Angry Birds, and this is a great game. Best $5.00 I have spent in a while.

Again, the Mac version of this game is more expensive than the iPhone and iPad versions, but it doesn’t get updated. Don’t waste your money.

Still no fix for level 1-8, where its impossible to get a golden egg out of the treasure chest.

When starting Angry Birds on a computer with a case-sensitive file system, the following error pops up: Cant open /Applications/Angry Birds.app/Contents/Resources/data/images/pc/TUTORIALS_composprites.dat (errno 2) As a quick fix, you can rename the files "TUTORIALS_composprites.dat" and "CUTSCENES_composprites.dat" in that directory to uppercase names. For instance, in Terminal.app run the following commands: sudo mv /Applications/Angry Birds.app/Contents/Resources/data/images/pc/CUTSCENES_{composprites,COMPOSPRITES}.dat sudo mv /Applications/Angry Birds.app/Contents/Resources/data/images/pc/TUTORIALS_{composprites,COMPOSPRITES}.dat Other than that, the game is great, obviously :)
