ANGRY CUSTOMER

I just bought this game a few weeks ago, and it WAS FUN, but really difficult in the upper levels, HOWEVER, The Game has simply STOPPED WORKING and rebooting, and updating Shockwave Flash will not make it work. Occasionally I get a “Verification Check” (which should NOT be an issue), but the game will NOT come up on the screen.

These are the latest Flash Player Plug-ins . . . . .
NPAPI Plug-in version 20.0.0.306 is installed.
PPAPI Plug-in version 20.0.0.306 is installed.

UPDATE: I had to delete the game and reinstall it in order to get the game to start working again. So I have upgraded the rating to a three, but never have I ever had to do this for any game before.
